Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Proprietor Of Cell Pet Salon In Hillsborough

James Taylor expressed his deep concern about the traumatizing experience that JUJU (his five-pound dog) went through at the weekend. Taylor claimed that the dog was bloodied and distressed after a groomer had taped Jujur’s lips shut.

Taylor explained, "My pet was clearly distressed. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Jujur’s paws appeared to be red and inflicted with injuries. The toenails had been cut too near to the paw which probably triggered his biting response."

Puppy Lux mobile pet salon employed the groomer in question.

James took Juju right away to the doctor for emergency treatment. He joined a number of others in accusing Puppy Lux for animal abuse. As a result, the San Mateo's office has initiated an investigation into the company for potential animal cruelty.

James described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The cuts were so deep that animal abuse attorney they caused blood to flow."

Jack Smithr, customer of Puppy Lux posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets were returned unwell or injured. A Snapchat video captured by a customer showed a dog with obvious pain. He claimed that the groomer had forcedly inserted a towel into its ear.

PuppyLux wants customers to also be aware of what groomer told them, as a person they had trusted with their pets. James said, "Jonny told me that tapering the mouth shut was a normal, acceptable method. He claimed it is better than using a muzzle which, according to him, can be harmful for dogs. He mentioned that he used the same method for his own dogs.

When contacted by Fox, Puppy Lux answered the phone but promptly handed it over to a woman who stated they were investigating the allegations. However, when questioned about Puppy Lux, she quickly asserted that it was a separate entity before abruptly ending the call.
